Women-in-Tek empowers Nigerian women — who hold less than 20% of tech jobs — with digital literacy, AI knowledge, and practical tech skills. The programme offers beginner-to-advanced digital skills tracks, micro-learning with practice projects, and career readiness including freelancing basics. Through training, mentorship, and networking, participants build the confidence and capability to enter the digital economy.
